Ingredients
- 1 large green or red cabbage
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional garnish: grated Parmesan, red pepper flakes, or chopped parsley
Instructions

- Arrange steaks in a single layer on the baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
- Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 2 minutes, and garnish with Parmesan, parsley, or red pepper flakes before serving.
Notes
- To reheat, warm in an oven at 350°F for 5–7 minutes until crisp again.
