- 8 slices white sandwich bread
- 1 and one half cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 half cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon softened butter
Instructions
- Place four bread slices on a clean surface.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly over one side of each slice.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly over the mayonnaise.
- Top with remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- Spread softened butter lightly on the outside of each sandwich.
