Description

Ultra crispy air fryer gnocchi made in under 15 minutes. This recipe works with frozen or shelf-stable gnocchi, resulting in a golden, crunchy exterior and fluffy interior.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shelf-stable refrigerated or frozen potato gnocchi
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F for 3 minutes and lightly grease the basket.
  2. Add the gnocchi directly to a large bowl. Do not thaw if using frozen gnocchi.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer gnocchi to the air fryer basket in a single layer with minimal overlap.
  5. Air fry for 12 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 minutes for even browning.
  6. Check for doneness. Air fry up to 3 minutes longer if needed for extra crispiness.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl and immediately toss with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
