Description

Tender chicken baked with a creamy parmesan topping. Easy high protein dinner ready in 40 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 half cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 half teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 half teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place chicken fillets on a cutting board and gently pound to an even thickness for consistent cooking.
  3. Arrange chicken in the prepared baking dish and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken fillet, fully covering the surface.
  6. Sprinkle paprika evenly over the top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes until the topping is golden and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to keep the juices inside.

Notes

  • Broil for the last 2 minutes for a lightly crisp golden top but watch closely to prevent burning.
