Description
This creamy lime 7UP salad is light, fluffy, and citrusy with pineapple and whipped topping. It is a no gelatin lime 7UP salad that many people enjoy.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cold whole milk
- 2 boxes instant lime pudding mix 3.4 ounces each
- 6 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 cups lemon lime soda chilled
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple well drained
- 1½ cups heavy whipping cream cold
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Whisk the cold milk and instant lime pudding mixes in a large bowl for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Add the softened cream cheese and beat with a hand mixer until completely smooth and creamy.
- Slowly pour in the lemon lime soda and gently fold until fully incorporated.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until light and fluffy.
- Fold in the drained crushed pineapple until evenly distributed.
- Spread the mixture into a 2½ to 3 quart serving dish and smooth the top.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours until fully chilled and set before serving.

- Be sure the pineapple is very well drained so the salad sets properly.
