Description

Rich, savory, and fast creamy garlic ramen with ground beef. A comforting one-bowl meal perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 packs ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, breaking it apart, until browned and fully cooked. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Remove excess grease if needed and keep the cooked beef in the skillet.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, milk, and soy sauce. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water until smooth, then stir it into the skillet.
  7. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes until the broth thickens into a creamy sauce.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning with black pepper if needed.
  9. Remove from heat once the noodles are coated in the creamy sauce.
  10. Serve hot topped with sliced green onions.

Notes
