Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 packs ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, breaking it apart, until browned and fully cooked. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Remove excess grease if needed and keep the cooked beef in the skillet.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, milk, and soy sauce. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water until smooth, then stir it into the skillet.
- Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes until the broth thickens into a creamy sauce.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with black pepper if needed.
- Remove from heat once the noodles are coated in the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot topped with sliced green onions.
