Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 8 ounces whipped topping thawed
  • 5 chocolate peanut caramel candy bars finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce


Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl on medium speed until completely smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add the brown sugar, powdered sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until creamy and well combined.
  3. Using a spatula, gently fold in the whipped topping until no streaks remain.
  4. Fold in about three quarters of the chopped candy bars, reserving the rest for the top.
  5. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved candy bar pieces over the dip and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving for best texture.
