Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 quarter cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 quarter teaspoon salt
  • 1 quarter teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons water


Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add lime juice, olive oil, Greek yogurt, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add water a little at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
