Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon apple pie spice
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling, chopped
- 2 cups broken dehydrated apple chips
- 1 (16 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese, apple pie spice, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add apple pie filling, apple chips, and whipped topping. Gently fold until evenly combined.
- Brush melted butter over the unbaked pie crust. Bake the crust according to package directions.
- Cool the crust completely. Crumble it into bite-size pieces.
- Fold the pie crust crumbles into the fluff mixture until well distributed.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
Notes
- Substitute crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers for the pie crust if you want a quicker version.
