Description

Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Bring the cream cheese to room temperature for 30 minutes, then add it to a large mixing bowl.
- Whip the cream cheese using an electric hand mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth, light, and fluffy.
- Add lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the whipped cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Pulse the fresh cranberries in a food processor for 15 to 20 pulses until coarsely chopped.
- Transfer the chopped cranberries to a medium bowl and add the diced jalapenos, green onions, red onion, sugar, lime juice, salt, and cilantro.
- Stir the cranberry mixture gently until all ingredients are well blended and the sugar begins to dissolve.
- Spread the whipped cream cheese mixture in an even layer on a serving platter or 9-inch pie dish.
- Spoon the cranberry-jalapeno mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer, garnish with fresh cranberries and cilantro, and serve immediately with crackers.
