Ingredients
- 2 cups full fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
- 1 half cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 half cup cucumber diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- 1 half teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Divide the cottage cheese evenly between two bowls.
- For the sweet bowl, top one bowl with strawberries and blueberries.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds over the fruit.
- Drizzle honey evenly over the sweet bowl.
- For the savory bowl, top the second bowl with cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
- Drizzle olive oil evenly over the savory bowl.
- Sprinkle parsley and black pepper on top.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
