Description

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 can diced green chiles (4 ounces)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese, shredded cheese, diced green chiles, and minced garlic to a blender or food processor.
