Ingredients
- 16 ounces full-fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 can diced green chiles (4 ounces)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, shredded cheese, diced green chiles, and minced garlic to a blender or food processor.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper.
