Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 beef pepperoni slices
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 400°F. Place an oven-safe bowl on a small baking sheet.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese until it is completely smooth.
  3. In the oven-safe bowl, mix the blended cottage cheese, pizza sauce, flour, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
