Description

These cottage cheese chocolate chip cookies are soft, tender, and lightly sweet with a boost of protein from creamy cottage cheese. They bake up fluffy with melty chocolate chips in every bite.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese, blended until smooth
  • 1 3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together blended cottage cheese, sugar, maple syrup, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet using about 2 tablespoons per cookie, spacing evenly.
