Description

Easy, high-protein cottage cheese chips baked until crispy. Perfect for a healthy, low-carb snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat recommended)
  • Optional Seasonings: Garlic powder, Onion powder, Paprika or smoked paprika, Chili flakes, Dried herbs (like rosemary, thyme, or parsley), Grated Parmesan


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Use a 1-tablespoon scoop to drop portions of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, leaving 2 inches between each. You should have 16 mounds.
  3. Gently flatten each mound to about 3/16 to ¼ inch thick using the back of a spoon or a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle your favorite seasonings on top.
  5. Bake for 40–50 minutes, or until the edges are dark brown, the surface is golden and no longer glossy, and they release easily from the parchment.
  6. Let the chips cool completely on the baking sheet for 20–30 minutes to crisp up.
  7. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 4–6 hours at room temperature.
