Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese


Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir the cottage cheese thoroughly to evenly distribute the curds and cream.
  3. Scoop teaspoon-sized mounds of cottage cheese onto the parchment, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Gently flatten each mound into a thin circle about 2 inches wide using the back of a spoon.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the chips are deeply golden and the edges look dry and crisp.
  6. Turn off the oven and leave the baking sheet inside with the door slightly open for 10 minutes to help the chips fully dry.
