- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stir the cottage cheese thoroughly to evenly distribute the curds and cream.
- Scoop teaspoon-sized mounds of cottage cheese onto the parchment, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Gently flatten each mound into a thin circle about 2 inches wide using the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the chips are deeply golden and the edges look dry and crisp.
- Turn off the oven and leave the baking sheet inside with the door slightly open for 10 minutes to help the chips fully dry.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet until firm and crunchy.
