Description

This Cottage Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip is a high-protein, keto-friendly, and gluten-free appetizer perfect for game nights or any snacking occasion. It’s easy to make and incredibly satisfying.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped small
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 ¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup Frank’s Red hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 green onion for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cottage cheese (you can blend it first if you prefer), 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and garlic powder.
  3. Mix everything well and transfer the mixture to a small casserole dish or any oven-proof dish.
  4. Smooth out the top and sprinkle with the remaining ¼ cup of cheddar cheese, or add more if desired.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, until the dip is bubbly.
  6. For a browned and crispy top, turn on the broiler for the last 1–2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
  7. Remove the dip from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and serve with fresh veggie sticks or tortilla chips.
