Description

No-bake cosmic brownie protein bars. These bars are rich, chocolatey, and high in protein, featuring a chewy base and a smooth chocolate topping with rainbow sprinkles. A satisfying snack for meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup creamy almond or peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles


Instructions

  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix nut butter, protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and sea salt in a large bowl until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
  4. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the dough and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
  7. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Slice into 8 bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
