Ingredients
- 3/4 cup creamy almond or peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mix nut butter, protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and sea salt in a large bowl until a smooth dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
- Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the dough and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
- Freeze for 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
- Slice into 8 bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
