  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.75 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add potatoes and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mostly tender.
  3. Stir in onion and cook 2 minutes until softened.
