Description

This coconut lavender lemonade mocktail blends citrus, floral, and tropical flavors for a refreshing non-alcoholic drink that feels like summer in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cups cold coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons lavender syrup
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)
  • Fresh lavender sprigs (for garnish)
  • Optional: unsweetened coconut flakes (for rim)

Instructions

  1. Combine lemon juice, coconut water, lavender syrup, and honey in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add cold water and blend again to reach your desired strength. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness.
  3. Pour the blended mixture through a fine strainer into a pitcher to achieve a silky texture.
  4. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the mocktail over the ice.
  5. Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and a lavender sprig. Dip the rim in lemon juice and roll it in coconut flakes if you want a tropical presentation.
  6. Add a splash of sparkling water just before serving for extra sparkle.
