This coconut lavender lemonade mocktail blends citrus, floral, and tropical flavors for a refreshing non-alcoholic drink that feels like summer in a glass.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 cups cold coconut water
- 2 tablespoons lavender syrup
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
- 1 cup cold water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- Fresh lavender sprigs (for garnish)
- Optional: unsweetened coconut flakes (for rim)
Instructions
- Combine lemon juice, coconut water, lavender syrup, and honey in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Add cold water and blend again to reach your desired strength. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness.
- Pour the blended mixture through a fine strainer into a pitcher to achieve a silky texture.
- Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the mocktail over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and a lavender sprig. Dip the rim in lemon juice and roll it in coconut flakes if you want a tropical presentation.
- Add a splash of sparkling water just before serving for extra sparkle.
