Ingredients
- 5 cups broccoli florets bite sized
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese thickly shredded
- ⅔ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup roasted sunflower seeds
- ⅓ cup red onion finely diced
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1½ tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and red onion in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture.
- Toss the salad until all parts coat evenly.
- Cover the bowl and chill for a minimum of 1 hour for flavor melding.
