Description
Enjoy these crunchy, sweet cinnamon sugar chickpeas, a simple and addictive snack ready in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed, drained, and patted dry
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Ensure chickpeas are completely dry after rinsing and draining.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.
- Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F for 5 minutes.
- Remove basket, spray chickpeas with olive oil, and toss to coat.
- Return basket to air fryer and cook for another 8 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Remove basket, sprinkle half the cinnamon and sugar mixture over chickpeas, and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Remove from air fryer and immediately toss warm chickpeas with the remaining cinnamon and sugar mixture.
