Description

Enjoy these crunchy, sweet cinnamon sugar chickpeas, a simple and addictive snack ready in under 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed, drained, and patted dry
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Ensure chickpeas are completely dry after rinsing and draining.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.
  3. Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove basket, spray chickpeas with olive oil, and toss to coat.
  5. Return basket to air fryer and cook for another 8 minutes, stirring halfway.
  6. Remove basket, sprinkle half the cinnamon and sugar mixture over chickpeas, and cook for 2 more minutes.
  7. Remove from air fryer and immediately toss warm chickpeas with the remaining cinnamon and sugar mixture.
