Description

Easy-to-make protein bites that taste like cinnamon rolls, packed with goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats, blended into a powder
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon (for coating)
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese (for glaze)
  • 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar (for glaze)
  • 1-2 tsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry bite ingredients: oat powder, almond flour, flaxseed, protein powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. Add the almond butter and maple syrup, stirring until it gets crumbly. Gradually add the almond milk until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and cinnamon for the coating. Roll each protein ball in the mixture until it’s fully covered.
  5. Place the bites on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let them firm up.
  6. While they’re chilling, whisk together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a splash of almond milk to create a smooth glaze.
  7. Drizzle the glaze over your chilled bites and enjoy!
