Description

Creamy cinnamon honey butter made with simple pantry ingredients. Perfect for toast, muffins, pancakes, and fresh baked bread.


Ingredients

  • 1 half cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
  • 1 quarter cup honey
  • 1 quarter cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch kosher salt


Instructions

  1. Place the softened butter in a medium mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes until light and creamy.
  2. Add the honey, powdered sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt to the bowl.
  3. Beat on low speed until combined, then increase to medium speed and whip for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and fluffy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust cinnamon or salt slightly if desired.
  5. Transfer to a small serving bowl or airtight container. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. If chilled, let sit at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before serving so it spreads easily.
