Description
Creamy cinnamon honey butter made with simple pantry ingredients. Perfect for toast, muffins, pancakes, and fresh baked bread.
Ingredients
- 1 half cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
- 1 quarter cup honey
- 1 quarter cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch kosher salt
Instructions
- Place the softened butter in a medium mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes until light and creamy.
- Add the honey, powdered sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt to the bowl.
- Beat on low speed until combined, then increase to medium speed and whip for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and fluffy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Taste and adjust cinnamon or salt slightly if desired.
- Transfer to a small serving bowl or airtight container. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
- If chilled, let sit at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before serving so it spreads easily.
