Description

Creamy chocolate chia pudding made with cocoa powder, chia seeds, and maple syrup. This is a wholesome, make-ahead breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or cashew)


Instructions

  1. Add chia seeds, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla, sea salt, and milk to a jar or bowl with a lid.
  2. Whisk or shake well until cocoa is fully mixed and no clumps remain.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
  4. Stir once more before serving to ensure even texture.
  5. Spoon into a bowl and top with yogurt and chopped chocolate if desired.
