Easy and healthy chicken and broccoli nuggets perfect for babies and toddlers. These homemade nuggets are simple to make and a great way to introduce new flavors and textures.
Ingredients
- 6 broccoli florets
- 150 grams minced chicken
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Steam broccoli until tender. Mash with a fork until pureed.
- Add minced chicken, panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, shredded cheese, and egg to the mashed broccoli. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small nugget forms using wet hands. You should get about 12 nuggets. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Pan-fry the nuggets until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Serve warm or cold. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
