Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce. Do not overmix.
- Flatten a tablespoon of meat mixture, place some cheddar in the center, and wrap to form a ball.
- Place balls on baking sheet. Mix ketchup and mustard, and brush over each meatball.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until cooked through and glazed.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
