Description

A quick, hearty one-pan dinner packed with bold flavor and crispy texture, perfect for summer nights.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 12 ounces smoked beef sausage, sliced into half inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Place halved potatoes in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until just fork tender, then drain well.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  3. Add the potatoes cut side down and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy on the edges.
  4. Add sliced sausage to the skillet and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until browned and heated through.
  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning over the mixture. Stir well to coat evenly.
  6. Reduce heat to low and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Cover the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese is fully melted.
  8. Remove from heat and let sit for 2 minutes to set.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
  10. Serve hot directly from the skillet.
