Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add chicken in a single layer. Cook 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from heat once it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and set aside briefly.
- Warm tortillas until flexible. Spread garlic sauce evenly across each tortilla.
- Divide cooked chicken among tortillas, then top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Roll tortillas tightly into wraps, folding in the sides.
- Place wraps seam side down in a clean skillet over medium low heat.
- Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
