Description

This cheesy egg breakfast bake is fluffy, filling, and simple to make. It is perfect for make-ahead breakfasts or feeding a crowd with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 10 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • 1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 0.5 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Brush a 9 by 13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
