- 6 egg whites

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C); grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or melted butter.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the whole eggs and egg whites until well combined.
- Add optional seasonings (garlic powder, oregano, onion powder) and whisk again.
- Pour the egg mixture into muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
