Ingredients

  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers
  • 12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp salted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 16 oz Marzetti’s Old Fashioned Caramel Dip, warmed
  • 4 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • ⅓ cup salted peanuts, chopped
  • Sliced apples and pears for dipping


Instructions

  1. Press crushed graham crackers into the bottom of a 9″ pie plate.
  2. Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until creamy.
  3. Spoon the cheesecake layer evenly over the graham crackers.
  4. Spoon the warmed caramel dip evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  5. Once cooled, spread the whipped topping over the caramel layer.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top.
  7. Chill until serving. Serve with sliced apples and pears.
