Ingredients
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 16 oz Marzetti’s Old Fashioned Caramel Dip, warmed
- 4 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- ⅓ cup salted peanuts, chopped
- Sliced apples and pears for dipping
Instructions
- Press crushed graham crackers into the bottom of a 9″ pie plate.
- Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until creamy.
- Spoon the cheesecake layer evenly over the graham crackers.
- Spoon the warmed caramel dip evenly over the cheesecake layer.
- Once cooled, spread the whipped topping over the caramel layer.
