Ingredients
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- ½ cup bell pepper, chopped
- ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
- ½ cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, bell pepper, and cheddar cheese.
