- For the Burger Sauce: 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill pickles, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- For the Beef: 1 pound ground beef 85 percent lean, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- For the Bowls: 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce, 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved, 1/2 small red onion thinly sliced, 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles, 1 large avocado sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Spread them in a single layer, leaving space between fries.
- Bake for 28 to 32 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp on the edges.
- While the fries bake, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, chopped pickles, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 1 to 2 minutes more if needed until the beef reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Remove from heat.
- Divide romaine lettuce among four bowls. Top each with baked fries, cooked beef, cherry tomatoes, red onion, pickles, and sliced avocado.
- Drizzle with burger sauce and serve immediately.
