Description

Easy buffalo chicken sliders featuring a cheesy garlic butter topping. These spicy, melty sliders bake quickly, making them ideal for gatherings or simple meals.

Ingredients

  • 9 slider buns
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for topping)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9 by 9 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Stir the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until the mixture coats the chicken evenly.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in the prepared dish in one layer.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns onto the sliders to close them.
  6. Mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until combined.
  7. Brush the garlic butter mix generously over the tops of the buns.
  8. Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes until the tops are lightly golden and the cheese melts completely.
  10. Confirm the chicken internal temperature reaches 165°F. Cut the sliders and serve them hot.
