Description

This buffalo chicken dip with cottage cheese is creamy, spicy, and high in protein. It is an easy baked dip perfect for parties or snacking.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups small-curd cottage cheese
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 green onions sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8 by 8 baking dish.
  2. Add the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Transfer the blended mixture to a large bowl.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, and green onions until evenly combined.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden around the edges.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Cooked chicken must reach an internal temperature of 165°F before shredding and adding to the dip.
