Description
These easy Brownie Mix Cookies are incredibly fudgy and delicious, perfect for beginner bakers. They use simple ingredients and come together quickly.
Ingredients
- 1 20 oz box Ghirardelli brownie mix
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until combined.
- Using a 2 tablespoon sized cookie scoop, scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing each dough ball 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are set but centers still look doughy.
- Remove from oven and let sit on baking sheet for 3 minutes.
- Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- You can use any brand of brownie mix. If your mix is less than 20 oz, add flour until it reaches 20 oz.
- Mini or regular semi-sweet chocolate chips work well.
- A hand mixer or wooden spoon can be used for mixing.
