Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated sweetener or sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Mix rolled oats, protein powder, sweetener, and milk in a bowl or jar until fully combined.
- Stir Greek yogurt and protein powder in a separate bowl until smooth. Spoon evenly over the oat mixture.
- Lightly mash blueberries with a fork or leave whole, then layer over the yogurt mixture.
- Melt white chocolate chips gently, then stir in yogurt and milk until smooth and glossy.
- Drizzle the white chocolate mixture over the blueberries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight until set.
- Stir before eating or enjoy layered.
