Description

Creamy, high protein, and perfectly sweet make-ahead breakfast featuring blueberry and white chocolate layers.


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sweetener or sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon milk


Instructions

  1. Mix rolled oats, protein powder, sweetener, and milk in a bowl or jar until fully combined.
  2. Stir Greek yogurt and protein powder in a separate bowl until smooth. Spoon evenly over the oat mixture.
  3. Lightly mash blueberries with a fork or leave whole, then layer over the yogurt mixture.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips gently, then stir in yogurt and milk until smooth and glossy.
  5. Drizzle the white chocolate mixture over the blueberries.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight until set.
  7. Stir before eating or enjoy layered.
