Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Stir well until fully mixed.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Divide mixture evenly into jars or containers.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.
