Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries


Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Stir well until fully mixed.
  2. Gently fold in blueberries.
