Description
Smoky, sweet, and crunchy wraps featuring BBQ Cajun chicken, cheddar cheese, lettuce, red onion, and crushed tortilla chips, all drizzled with a honey ranch sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup smoky BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5–6 minutes per side. Brush with smoky BBQ sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly.
- In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing and honey together until smooth to create the sweet ranch sauce.
- Lay the tortillas flat. Sprinkle cheddar cheese in the center, then layer with the sliced BBQ Cajun chicken, shredded lettuce, red onion, and crushed tortilla chips. Drizzle generously with the sweet ranch sauce and fold into wraps.
- For an extra crunch, you can toast the wraps on a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until they are lightly golden. Serve warm with extra sweet ranch for dipping.
