Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each, about 1 inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- Steamed jasmine rice or roasted vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each fillet with olive oil, then sprinkle evenly with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- While the salmon bakes, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small bowl until smooth.
- When the salmon is done, drizzle the bang bang sauce generously over the fillets.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately with steamed rice or your favorite vegetables.
