Ingredients
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 cups vanilla wafer cookies
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together cold milk and instant pudding mix for 2 minutes until it begins to thicken. Let it sit for 5 minutes to fully set.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar using a hand mixer until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the prepared pudding until smooth and fluffy.
- Slice bananas into even rounds just before assembling to prevent browning.
- In serving cups, add a layer of vanilla wafer cookies at the bottom.
- Spoon a layer of pudding mixture over the cookies, then add a layer of banana slices.
- Repeat layers until cups are filled, finishing with pudding on top.
- Crush a few cookies and sprinkle over the top for texture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving for best consistency.
