Description

Creamy, layered no-bake banana pudding parfait cups with fresh bananas and cookies, perfect for quick desserts and entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups vanilla wafer cookies

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together cold milk and instant pudding mix for 2 minutes until it begins to thicken. Let it sit for 5 minutes to fully set.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar using a hand mixer until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the prepared pudding until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Slice bananas into even rounds just before assembling to prevent browning.
  5. In serving cups, add a layer of vanilla wafer cookies at the bottom.
  6. Spoon a layer of pudding mixture over the cookies, then add a layer of banana slices.
  7. Repeat layers until cups are filled, finishing with pudding on top.
  8. Crush a few cookies and sprinkle over the top for texture.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving for best consistency.

Notes

  • Assemble shortly before serving for the best texture.
  • Store up to one day chilled to keep cookies slightly crisp.
