Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons crushed vanilla wafers


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together cold milk and vanilla pudding mix for about 2 minutes until thickened. Let it set for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding to create a light and creamy filling.
  4. In a serving dish, spread a layer of vanilla wafer cookies across the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of sliced bananas evenly over the cookies.
  6. Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the bananas and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle a layer of crushed graham crackers for a cobbler style texture.
  8. Repeat the layers with remaining cookies, bananas, and pudding mixture.
  9. Top with the remaining whipped cream and sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers on top.
