Ingredients
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 cups vanilla wafer cookies
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons crushed vanilla wafers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together cold milk and vanilla pudding mix for about 2 minutes until thickened. Let it set for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding to create a light and creamy filling.
- In a serving dish, spread a layer of vanilla wafer cookies across the bottom.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas evenly over the cookies.
- Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the bananas and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle a layer of crushed graham crackers for a cobbler style texture.
- Repeat the layers with remaining cookies, bananas, and pudding mixture.
- Top with the remaining whipped cream and sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the layers to soften and set before serving.
