Ingredients
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 ripe banana, finely chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 ripe banana, sliced, for topping
- Vanilla wafers, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it thicken for 5 minutes.
- Add the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk to the pudding mixture. Beat with a hand mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste. Beat until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
- Fold in the finely chopped banana.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until chilled and thickened.
- Top with sliced banana just before serving.
- Serve with vanilla wafers for dipping.
