Description

A smooth, creamy, and flavorful no-bake banana cream cheesecake dip perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ripe banana, finely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced, for topping
  • Vanilla wafers, for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it thicken for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk to the pudding mixture. Beat with a hand mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste. Beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
  5. Fold in the finely chopped banana.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until chilled and thickened.
  8. Top with sliced banana just before serving.
  9. Serve with vanilla wafers for dipping.
