Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini (about 8 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 half teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 half teaspoon paprika
- 1 half teaspoon black pepper
- 1 third cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Wash and dry the zucchini, then slice into very thin rounds about one eighth inch thick.
- Place the zucchini slices in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer on the baking sheets without overlapping.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the zucchini slices.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then rotate the pans and flip the slices.
- Continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes until the chips are golden and crisp at the edges.
- Remove from the oven and cool on the pans for 5 minutes to fully crisp.
