Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 F (200 C).
- In one bowl, mix the melted butter or olive oil, Dijon mustard, and honey until well combined.
- In a second bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, chopped pecans, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season them lightly with salt and pepper.
- Brush each salmon fillet with the mustard-honey mixture.
