Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup mix-ins (chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mash ripe bananas. Add almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.

  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir until combined. Fold in mix-ins if using.
