Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and Greek yogurt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, folding gently until just combined.
- Fold in diced apples carefully.
- For the crumble topping, combine flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Spoon the batter evenly into muffin cups and sprinkle the crumble topping over each.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
