Description

Make soft, golden air fryer mini bagels in just 15 minutes using Greek yogurt and flour. These bite-sized bagels require no yeast and are great for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free 1:1 flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Olive oil spray or 1 egg white (for coating)
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
  • Optional Toppings: Sesame seeds, Shredded cheddar, Poppy seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and mix with a fork until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough gently on a floured surface for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
  5. Divide dough into 12 equal portions (about 1 ounce each) and roll into small balls.
  6. Lightly brush each dough ball with olive oil or egg white, then roll in everything bagel seasoning.
  7. Spray the air fryer basket with oil and place the dough balls in a single layer, leaving 1 inch between each.
  8. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
