Description
Make soft, golden air fryer mini bagels in just 15 minutes using Greek yogurt and flour. These bite-sized bagels require no yeast and are great for breakfast or snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free 1:1 flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Olive oil spray or 1 egg white (for coating)
- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
- Optional Toppings: Sesame seeds, Shredded cheddar, Poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt and mix with a fork until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough gently on a floured surface for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide dough into 12 equal portions (about 1 ounce each) and roll into small balls.
- Lightly brush each dough ball with olive oil or egg white, then roll in everything bagel seasoning.
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil and place the dough balls in a single layer, leaving 1 inch between each.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- These bagels can use gluten-free 1:1 flour.
- Serve plain or with butter, cream cheese, or jam.
