Description

Crispy, juicy air fryer garlic parmesan shrimp made in minutes. A flavorful, high-protein dish perfect for quick dinners or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and red pepper flakes until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the shrimp and toss gently to coat each piece.
  4. Set air fryer to 400°F and preheat for 3 minutes.
  5. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the basket without overlapping.
  6. Air fry for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Check if shrimp are opaque, golden, and reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
  8. Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
